Almanac opened in 2019 with a single conviction: that the most interesting cooking happens when you follow what is growing rather than deciding in advance what to serve.
Our menu changes week by week, guided by growers from Hackney, Kent, and beyond. We work with a small number of producers whose methods we trust and whose produce we are proud to cook with.
